Volaris means Vehicle on Lease at Rental Income Share. Volaris platform enables investors to buy commercial vehicles and lease it to end consumers and ecommerce companies on a revenue share basis.

Volaris is an extremely low risk investment product that offers significantly higher returns (Expected IRR ~ 25% p.a.). Investors directly own the two-wheeler assets that are leased to Bykemania Solutions for rental purposes, the proceeds of which is passed on to the investors on a monthly basis.

Yes, the lease agreement is available for preview before you make an investment. Additionally, investors can access all documents (e.g. Registration Certificate card) related to an asset in their ‘Portfolio’ section at any given time.

Limited liability partnership, also known as LLP. LLP setup costs are borne by Bykemania. For ticket size < ₹10L, you will give a loan to LLP, motorbikes will be treated as collateral against the loan. Rehypothecation agreement will be part of the loan agreement which forbids Bykemania from selling motorbikes before the amount due to investor is paid. LLP partnership and other modes like proprietorship, separate company can be considered for higher ticket sizes.

The VOLARIS investment agreement consists of the Risk Disclosure Agreement and the LLP Loan Agreement. Risk Disclosure Agreement is designed to let investors learn the risks involved with investing in assets and give their consent to proceed with the investment bearing those risks in mind. LLP Loan Agreement is a written contract between the partners of the LLP and the investor. It establishes the rights and duty of the partners towards the LLP and the investor.

Bykemania takes the ownership of motorbikes as per lease agreement. Though Bykemania can only take the ownership once it has paid the expected returns to the investor.

All the liability is on Bykemania while the motorbike is leased to us. Investor does not have any responsibility as per the revenue share lease agreement. After purchase, vehicles are leased to Bykemania Solutions by the owners through the lease agreement and Permit is issued by RTO in favor of Bykemania Solutions. Therefore, Bykemania solutions is the legal custodian of the vehicles and all possible eventualities will be dealt from the office of Bykemania Solutions.

We extend the tenure of the contract and keep on sharing rental income till we have paid back the promised amount. This feature helps investors survive tail events like COVID.

Bykemania has net debt close to zero and is net EBITDA positive company. It’s a COVID survivor and has continued to grow. In worst case if Bykemania goes bankrupt, you still have the ownership of motorbikes. You can advise us to sell your motorbikes in second hand market.
